How does the tiebreak system go, I forgot, I know it starts with head to head first but if the teams haven`t played, what is the next criteria?

Average Point Differential (AvPd). And I believe that is the second criteria after the team`s record.

Suggestion for Tiebreakers

after head to head the best tiebreaker is points allowed (not point differential) -- this will stop teams from trying to `run up the score` at the end of games which usually gets the losing team upset and leads to a fight, etc.
Points allowed is the way to go

Is head to head the first tie breaker or in it by points?

Head to head is the 1st tie breaker. If neither team has played each other then it goes by points. If you have more than 2 teams that are tied then it follows the same rules (head to head 1st.....then point differential).

Its pretty well detailed in the playing rules tab to the left. As for PA vs PD, we consider that if 2 teams are still tied after all the tie-break procedures outlined are applied.
