Here for your Week 7 picks. I was out of town yesteday so sorry I couldn`t get the picks out yesterday (missed a pick for last night`s game). Barely stayed above .500 last week going 9-7. That puts me at 42-28 on the season (60%). Here`s your week 7 picks (not including suspended games to be completed):
Tuesday Blazers 21 Andes Alehouse 17 The Storm 10 Firehouse United 7 Fairfax Force 24 The Unit 10 (2nd game) Sharks 28 Webb Construction 7 Chuds 21 The Union 7 Platinum 14 BMF 7
Wednesday Platinum 20 Five Year Plan 7 S&S 13 BMF 7 Coyotes 14 Novas 7 Blazers 17 Cougars 14 Grayhounds 24 Banditos 7 Raw Dawgs 7 Bomb Squad 0 Christ Central 14 Helltown 10 Titans 28 Vienna Sausages 7
Thursday Magnums 20 Entourage 14 Grayhounds 21 Gang Green 0 Spalding 14 Banditos 10 QB Eagles 22 United 21
-Games Of The Week-
A League - Webb Construction vs. Sharks: This game pits the #2 team vs. the #3 team in the A League but similar to the last time these teams faced off (in week 1) I don`t see this game being close. Webb`s offense has been abismal averaging a league worst 8.8 points per game while Sharks defense has been best in the league only allowing 9.4 points per game.
B+ League: - Christ Central vs. Helltown Rosebuds: Two one-loss teams face off in this B+ League Battle (#2 vs. #3). This looks to be a low scoring affair as the 2nd and 3rd best defenses face off. Christ Central`s quarterback will look to make plays with his feet and will ultimately lead his team to another close victory.
B League - Blazers vs. Andes Alehouse: This was an obvious pick as 2 of the 3 remaining undefeated teams face off in a highly anticipated battle. This is becoming quite the rivalry as these teams look to face off for the 4th time. The first 2 times these teams matched up, it ended in a tie. The last time they faced off, Andes pulled off a 3 point victory to capture the C Championship in the spring. Look for this to be another great battle with the Blazers getting revenge and setting up a possible championship preview next week vs. the Chuds.
Good Luck and we`ll see you next week.
