Have to realize that only teams registered can view the agent list. You`ll have to wait for all team to register and hope that they these teams need players.

He said he`s deaf. If you check out Aerial Attack online you`d discover they are one of the top deaf squads in the nation and they are local. They play in the contact league around here.

Yea..we know about Aeriel Attack...but thats completely ignorant to think he wouldn`t be a fit for this league. If he didnt think he could play, he wouldn`t have posted his name. Plus, I believe he once played on Aeriel Attack according to the free agent list. Join the 21st century, bro!

Most teams have their roster set before the season starts. However during the season should a player or two go down, then a coach may surf the Agent List for replacement.
The teams really needing players from start are C teams. B & A pretty much have a set roster from the beginning.
So don`t look to play for an "A" team without a well know rep in this league.
In my opinion, start your own team.
