Hi guys,

I want to register for the Spring season. I would love to play some organized football.

I have a group of buddies who want to join me as well. All in all, we are about 8 people. I wanted some more details on registration. Is it possible to register a whole team? How much does it cost?

I`m also curious as to the level of dedication a team must make. For example, how are games organized? Is there one a week? How does it work?

If someone could let me in on the workings of the league and registration I would appreciate it a lot!

Oh, also, what is the level of contact? i.e. Can we press a receiver or can we make physical blocks or is all football like contact forbidden?

;	If you`re a new team, you can sign up later this week, if there are still open slots. The spring league is limited to (I think) 18 teams. Last spring it was around $780 for a team, $20 per person extra if they are not Fairfax county residents. Again, check the Registration button (over there on the left) later this week to see if it has opened yet. Level of dedication is entirely up to you, some teams practice weekly (in addition to the weekly games). The Spring League is an Open division, so you will end up playing against all skill levels. you will definitely get rolled a couple times, but you are also going to play some less skilled teams. Regular football blocking is allowed on or behind the line, none at all downfield. there`s a 5 yard chuck zone. No rushing on punts/FG`s/PAT`s. No blocking on Kick returns. Fumbles are dead where the ball hits the ground. Rules of Play on the left.
