If the field conditions were that bad tonight and with more rain in the forecast for tomorrow evening, is there even a chance of playing tomorrow nights A games? If not, is there a possibility of getting one of the turf fields next week so that we can play despite the weather conditions?

That field blows as it is, I was kind of suprised with the call to cancel the games so we dont ruin the fields, last time I checked that field was already ruined....good luck getting the turf field!

At this point, it would be hard to make Herndon Intermediate or Greenbriar any worse than they already are. Those fields are terrible.

Why is it that all you people do is sit there and ***** about the fields? If they are that bad why don`t you volunteer to help the league and go get permits for other fields. Rob, Tom and Shay do the best they can with what they can get. Hopefully all of you that are complaining about the fields live in Fairfax County and voted for the bonds to convert the fields to turf!

Thats what that bond was for ??? shoot I voted against it. This league should fund the turf fields.

The bond issue was for updating Fairfax County parks and facilities. The bond would provide funding for another 12 fields to be converted to turf.
Ask anyone that played in the spring this year, EC Lawrence Park was nice!

If you`re playing at EC Lawrence you`ll like it. You can wear whatever you want on it, everything works well. Just watchout for all the little rubber bits that get in your shoes while you`re playing.
