This is really between Huskies, Infamous and Truth in my opinion. Warriors have a decent record but probably not the experience to win in the playoffs and Northmen seem to be falling apart.
The dark horse would be the Bearcats. If the season ended today, they`d be the 7th seed and play Passassins in the first round. Assuming they win that, they would move on to play Infamous, which they could win. They just lost 21-28 to them and have been playing EVERYONE tough. After that they`d have to beat the winner of the 3 v 6 game (Right now Truth v Goldrush) to get to the title game.
Bearcats could be in it to win it!

I don`t know about Bearcats. Strong team yes but Infamous had 8 playing both ways, with no linemen, and still won. Imagine what would happen with the full squad. My vote is for Truth, even though they lost to Huskies early in the season, they can get them the next go around.

I`m not in on Truth. Huskies at this time look like the team to beat based on record and schedule. I still think Warriors and Northmen sneak in there over Infamous.

Why Northmen, and Warriors over Infamous?

Let me elaborate on to my contender list: #1 Huskies: Top 3 QB who has a system and runs it well. They also have experience and although the defense used to be a weakness seems to be much improved. Has played a good schedule and won them all. #2a Warriors: Also experienced team. QB is best Run/Pass threat in league. Overall most athletic team but they are not as organized as Huskies. #2b Northmen: Arguably best QB in current league, however he lost some help around him in the Stallions/Northmen divorce. Will take them another season to get back up to speed. Also a good defensive team. #4 Infamous: Also an experienced team. Schedule is pretty weak, although it`s not their fault. Good team, but does not have 1 special trait. I just don`t see them beating teams above in playoffs when everyone has almost full squads. #5 Truth: Not the truth of old. Also a weak schedule. Used to be a defensive beast and would win fare share of 10-7 games. Have not beaten handily teams that they should. #6 Bearcats X: Much love, they have played hard and have not been an easy out. They have improved over the last few years and have some talent. But will be what they are...a tough out. #7 Goldrush: I`ve been around since the barron Cameron day`s and so has goldrush. Same results year in and year out. "under new management" every 3rd year or so. As long as you`ve been at it you need leadership that understands the the game better. #8 Stallions: This is what happens when you split up with a team and lose your QB. #9 Spartans. Toughest thing for a losing team is to keep getting up every Sunday morning and I respect you for doing it. If you keep it up you WILL get better. #10 Passassins. See above. Keep Fighting.

If this was BCS standings, that would work.
-I can see Huskies at the top. They`re playing their game and making things happen out there. No issue there. -Now having Warriors and Northmen above Truth and Infamous, is completely odd to me. Northmen dropped 2 games straight so they shouldn`t be anywhere near the top of the ladder. More like middle of the pack. Warriors, I`ll revisit them when they play Infamous, which I plan on checking out from start to finish. -Truth is still considered an A team no matter how we look at it. Old, new, rookies, vets, it`s still considered an A team overall. They still have a defense that you have to respect. Not a team to be discarded. So, with that said I`m not putting anything past them. -Infamous has had battles with many teams. Stone Cold, Choppa City, Northmen, Outcasts, just to name a few. From the looks of things, only seen two games this season, they haven`t lost anyone. Only added pieces here and there. Greek is right, they dont have one stand out trait. Which is great because if they did, teams would know how to beat them. So once again, another team that I can`t put anything past them.
Final four in my eyes - Huskies, Truth, winner of Warriors and Infamous, and maybe Northmen.
-Truth for the win.
Note**** If Infamous should drop to 5th place going into the playoffs, whoever gets them first HAS to put them away. If that team fails, there is going to be trouble for the whole bracket.

I guess this is where we differ. I hope you know as well as I do that when the playoffs roll around teams seem to have all hands on deck. I like Infamous and the Truth but I tend to go with the QB`s when it matters and overtime rules are in play.

And I definitely agree that teams are stocked up during the playoffs. However, even though Truth and Infamous QBs, aren`t top of the food chain, their supporting cast is still good enough that the offensive play can`t be discredited. I`m looking at overall. Even though a good QB can take you far, it still needs a complete performance by the entire team.

I generally stay out of these conversations, but I want to weight in on what you just said about Spartans and Stallions.
It is very difficult to keep getting up on Sundays when you`re losing every week, I`ve been there. However, I`ve seen both teams up close this year and they have talent and fire. Just keep playing, you`ll learn how to play this game and play it as a team. Once you have that, the wins will start coming.

That was the past. Time to move on and embrace what we have now. Can`t focus on teams that have come and gone, while rocking back and forth dwelling on what was. This is the beginning of new memories. Uplift and move on.

Two years ago we were the Northmen and played in the championship game but lost. Last year we became the stallions and dominated the regular season. Lost in the playoffs. This year we are separated. When the whole squad shows up both teams are a problem. Which means you all have two talented young teams getting ready for a playoff show. That`s what I love about this league, anything can happen in the playoffs. Go Stallions!
