Banditos start the season with a win, while Triple Crown drops one in the loss column.
These teams are very familiar with one another, having now played 5 times. Their previous contest occured in a Fairfax County Flag Football League "A" regular season game Apr 10 2013, 21:00, which Triple Crown won 28-14. Overall, Triple Crown is 4-1 against Banditos.
Next up for Triple Crown is Project X (0-0). That game is scheduled for Apr 03 2014, 22:00 at Oakton HS#1.
Banditos will face off against Wolves (0-0) on Apr 10 2014, 21:00 at Oakton HS#1.

First game of the season for TC; a lot of new ppl and still trying to figure everyone out, they`ll be fine; Jeremy looked in prime form with a nice deep ball for 6

Naa not really. Broken play and was really their only productive play on offense. Robots handled the spread well and forced them to go to the traditional set.

Ditos did DECENT to say the least against the spread and YES that broken play was a game changer b/c it gave TC a 7-7 tie rather than a 7-0 hole early on...new pieces need time to develop with Jeremy but again no knock on either team, it`s the first game of the season for both

Banditos played a good game. Bottom line. No excuses about "jelling together" or "this is our first game together". They were the better team last night. Good game, Banditos. We will see you boys again. I am sure.
