;	the games are 15 minute quarters instead of two 20 minute half`s. and when snapping the ball can hit the ground once before the qb gets it.

;	can`t you also basically wrap and pull flags? I thought that was the case last time I played in states. Definitely a much more aggressive game at the state level.
