The loss ended a 3 game winning streak for M-City. This is the fewest points scored in a game this season by M-City, and the first time M-City failed to score against an opponent this season.Prior to this game, these teams had met only one other time, on Oct 17 2013, 21:00, a Fairfax County Flag Football League "A" regular season game which Showtime - Winch won 13-12.
Gametime temperature was a chilly 44 degrees under overcast skies.

Good game Showtime!... But yea we were there missing a few key players 2 O lineman and 3 defense of players but ey we lost we`ll be back next year good season everyone it was fun

Whoopdiddy vs Showtime was real championship. Only teams that had legit wins and competed every week with A teams.

Here are the FCFFL teams I expect to enter the "A" Tournament:
GameFace (as their SUN team which includes Collision players)
Novacaine
Wolves
7 Pt Spread
Triple Crown (yes, they are playing - Spring bid, fully loaded)
TMT
Showtime-W
That`s 7 teams, which will be 20-25% of the A tournament. From that group I expect to see at least 2 make it to Sunday. I would not be surprised to see 3. I am not saying this due to home league bias, there have been a few bellwethers this year which point to it. But...no pressure guys! Also - no excuses, no exceptions. The tournament is HERE, so no Christmas party excuses for key players missing. This is IT. If you can`t bring your best team this year - good luck with that 4 years from now the next time it comes to Fairfax when you have: a/or more kid(s), a body 5% closer to death, less enthusiasm.
