Last season, it seemed like every single week we switched between 2 & 3 TO`s per half, depending on who was reffing. My first game this season, Carlton confirms we get 3 TO`s per half. The 2nd game, the reffing crew tells us Carlton was wrong and that the rulebook states that we only get 2 per half. They said they had discussed this with Tom and all refs knew that from now on we get 2 TO`s per half. At tonight`s game, the refs tell us we get 3 TO`s per half... It`s really not that huge of a deal, but can we get the rules straight so they don`t change every single week?
