I love the haters- WATCH out the skins are going to get REGGIE WAYNE!!!!

Reggie Wayne?
Jan 26, 2006 9:34 AM | | | ; |
If they want him, they`re going to have to cut half their team to get him!
Plus, news flash, the Colts have already said they`re re-signing wayne, it`s their #1 priority. Over re-signing Edge.

Let me guess Mr. Hater- either your a Seattle fan, Carolina Fan, Pitt Fan or a Denver Fan. If not you have no room to speak. Who is your team?

It does not matter who I root for, Washington needs line depth and a younger more mobile strong armed QB not one WR. Are you going into next season with Brunell as your starter? Are you going to continue to have Ray Brown as a starter or first off the bench? How about Cory Raymer? Wise up.

Points well made - and I will be in contact with Joe- Ray Brown is retiring and we are going after a premier reciever to share the responsibilities. As far as Brunell we will keep him as the starter. We will enhance our offensive and defensive line and add a corner.
Joe out!

Brunell will be the starter again next year and I believe his better days are definitely behind him. The Skins are rolling the dice on Campbell so we will have to wait and see if that works out. They gave up a 1st and a 4th pick for him which I thought was a lot. We all know Ramsey will be playing else where next season. As for the line, "Hater" is correct, Raymer is a back-up center at best and Brown, who has recently retired was not your ideal backup after Thomas went down with an injury. For obvious reasons, the Skins need a reciever to complement S. Moss and I believe they need a Kicker as well. Hall has just not been productive. It will be interesting since the team, for what ever reason, does not maintain their draft picks so they will have to fill their void(s) via free agency...again. As for signing R. Wayne. Keep in mind the Skins will have an additional 9M in cap room that they had to eat from L. Coles last season. Do you really think the Colts want to have D. Rhodes as their starting RB?

Looks like you were 100% wrong on the Colts and their intentions with Reggie Wayne and Edge. They`re going to give Wayne the Franchise tag. Edge is gone.
Better luck next time.

Without out the Edge in the backfield the colts are done. Remember have to run the ball in the NFL to be successful.

Hey Visitor,
I was watching Sports Center and they reported the Colts are going to do what ever is necessary to keep R. Wayne. They also reported the Skins will be refocusing their sights else where for a WO. It sounds like you were right. I guess the question now is which WO`s do the Redskins pursue and where does Edge play next season?
