Would you trust your kicker to kick a 35 yard field goal? - it is 4th an goal on the 8yd line.

How does being on the 8 yard line equal a 35yard field goal? Is the holder 18yards back from the LOS?

Assuming you meant 25, yes I`d kick the field goal unless:
- late 2nd half and we`re down by more than 3
- blowout game in either direction

That being said, seems like most teams in the A league that have a kicker, this would be a chip shot and "trust" wouldn`t factor into the decision to kick or not kick. More-so circumstance and greed.

this is almost completely dependent on how good your kicker is. Also, the game situation would also be a factor. Basically, this is like one of those trick questions in elementary school where you don`t have enough information to answer the question.

As for TC specifically, we`ve had kicker issues this season. There are a few guys i`d want to kick it, and a few I`d be on the fence. As I said, it would come down to the game situation.

18Yard line - 10yards for endzone, 7 yards for where the ball is placed.

Kyle - Scenerio: your current starting kicker, game is tied, 1st play of the second half. No wind.

I`ve noticed that most teams (outside A league) struggle kicking field goals/XP
