Outstanding defensive game on both sides of the ball, especially the d-line play. I didn`t keep track but there must have been 8 or 9 sacks.
Score was 3-0 after the first drive of the game by 7 Pt Spread - a drive in which they went for it on 4th and 1 from their own 19. After the game they commented that if they had known what to expect from Showtime`s d-line they would have punted on that first drive. That decision in the opening minutes turned out to be a game winner.
The score stayed 3-0 (after 6 or 7 punts and a few turnover on downs) until late in the second half when Showtime took the lead 7-3 with about 6 minutes to play. 7 Pt Spread started from their 20 and drove the field. They had it 1st and goal from the 18 with 25 seconds left when they ran the worst-kept-secret-in-the-league play for the go ahead TD and the win 10-7.

The d line and LB dude for Showtime has a very tough rush to stop. They mix it up well and all the dudes are smart rushers. Overall that was a great game! Glad we came out on top. Looking forward to matching up with you guys again
