I am on grass and def want to play. I just want to know the website to check if fields are open (Rolling Valley). I saw it posted in a thread a week or two ago but cant find it now.

Tom is confirming, only Rolling Valley West # 1 is closed, Rolling Valley #2 & #3 are not closed yet. Tom will confirm.

Well judging by the fact that they closed all the turf fields as well, theres an 85% chance of precipatation at 8:00pm and thunder storms, I`m going to go ahead and assume Rolling Valley will leave #2 and #3 open MILLER

I have not been able to get anything but the voicemail for the Athletic Fields Manager for area 4 (which includes Rolling Valley). Unless I hear back otherwise (and if I do I will update rain line/website) games are ON for tonight at RV#2.
As a side note, here are all the field sites in area 4:
Byron Avenue Park
Hooes Road Park
Kings Park Park
Lake Braddock SS
Lakeside Park
Laurel Hill Park
Newington Heights Park
Patriot Park
Popes Head Park
Rolling Valley West Park
Rutherford Park
South Run District Park
Out of all of those sites (only a couple have a turf field), only RV#1 shows as closed tonight.

No they didnt you idiot. Lake Fairfax 1 & 4 are still open, EC Lawrance 2 is still open. Braddock 7 is still open.

Once the list is set at 3:00, the fields can only be closed by: (1) organization`s opinion that playing will damage fields - we let the refs make this call, or (2) a field closure sign posted on site by the area manager.
