Organized Chaos improve to 5-4 on the season, while Shockers drop to 0-8.
This was the first meeting between these two teams.
Shockers will face off against Acid Reign (2-5-1) on May 31 2011, 21:00 at Poplar Tree #2.

They have told the league repeatedly they can`t play on Thursday nights. Not their fault when they tell someone over and over again not to schedule on Thursdays and they continue to do it.

They have told the league multiple times from before the registered they couldn`t play on Thursday nights. Isn`t the Shockers fault when the league continues to screw up and schedule them on the wrong night.

to see that happen. I`m sure Tom did everything he could to reschedule, but with the weather we`ve had, it`s hard to reschedule a game when the weather is perfect, especially this late in the year. Chaos probably would have won anyway. It just sucks they drove all the way out there for a forfeit. If Shockers knew there was no chance they would play they should have told Chaos ahead of time.

lets be blunt - its an dcikhead move to not call the other team ahead of time if you are going to forfeit. if 6 guys show up and you made the effort thats one thing but at some point Thur you guys decided (except for 1 guy who missed the emails) that you were going to forfeit. It would have taken 1 minute to either call or email Tom and let him know. He could have told OC and they could have planned accordingly. Instead 10 or so guys wasted a couple hours because you all were too bitter about having a Thursday night game to have the courtesy to make a phone call or send an email. If teams start getting fined or facing some other sort of repercussion that stuff wont happen.

Don`t know how it works on weeknights, but on Sundays 2 forfeits results in your team being removed from the league.

if shockers knew that they could not play on thursday maybe they could have switched games with cougars on wednesday... this resked-ing thing is kinda getting BS... if you cannot make it, then tough... no more of this "oh, we dont have enough guys on that day"

Chaos is probably below Helltown because the head to head isnt accounted for in the computer program, they take point differential.
like alot of things rescheduling starts w/good intentions, but where does it end?

I can`t always get teams off on bad nights for them. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes - moving games, not scheduling double headers for teams who were not the ones that wanted the original game moved etc... A lot goes into it, its no a simple matter of plugging holes on the schedule.
That said, Shockers assured me they will be there TUE for their next game.
