They have a good defense, but the O needs a guy that can get the ball to their WR`s

The QB has won some games , but by not getting the ball to their playmakers has hurt them this year. More INT`s Than TD`s doesn`t make up for a lot of W`s

It was definitely a tough year for the team and most of all for myself, but I think we have a good team and it takes time to get adjusted to the QB position since it`s not the easiest thing in the world and is the first time I`ve played it in a little over a year, but we`ll stick in B+ and just move on from there... Great effort all around from all teams

How long does it take to get re-adjusted to play QB ??? It is not like you have a new team or a large playbook.

if you dont play spring and your team doesnt practice it takes at least a few games just to get used to the speed and more to get your players on the same page, especially if you have some new guys. the hard part about being qb is you cant really practice by yourself.

@ What???
Well let`s see, first, I don`t have the exact same team, I actually had a lot of new guys to start the season but injuries sufficed and people had other obligations, so I worked with what I had on the field. Second, my plays started off different and changed completely towards the end of the season. Third, my team is not able to practice at all as much as other teams do due to family, work, and other stuff going on so it`s hard to build cohesion with snap counts, timing routes, route running, etc., but you get the point by now...
Lastly, B+ is a hard division and is much different speed and talent compared to B and C, so I think we had our bumps and our strides, but with the stuff going on that I mentioned above will make it very hard to adjust to QB at this level.
