First off, maybe they don`t have some of their key players (don`t know), maybe they think weeknight is more competitive (it is) or maybe the only thing that matters is a Championship (it is). Whatever the true reason maybe, it is a rec league that everyone pays to play and they can sign up for whatever league they feel they be competive. Besides, they probably won`t win anyway--cheaters never win! (not true).
