there are 11 C teams and only 9 B+ teams. Does that mean tom will bump one team `C` to `B` and a `B` to `B+`? Who goes.... Acid Reign?

considering Acid Reign did well in B+ last fall that would make the most sense. why exactly aren`t they in B+ to begin with? breaking in new players?

New QB (was top deep threat wr) and the loss of a couple key players. Attendance from OL has also been an issue past two seasons. All things considered, B is correct division for Acid this fall.
