Is this season really going to kick off the week of the 30th? Seems like we`re getting pretty close to that start time and barely anyone is signed up. Is this how it always happens?

Yes, for the first time it`s 30 year history, the FCFFL is threatened by a player`s strike as the Owners and Players` Association are no where close to reaching a collective bargain agreement. The Owners want team fees and the players want to play for free. Unless an agreement can be reached quickly, a strike is inevitable.

You do realize this happens every year right? Most teams were more worried about the bark bowl and so was the commissioner. The season will start right around when it always starts and we will have plenty of teams. Don`t worry about it.

because you see 5 teams registered doesn`t mean A league is full. Tom knows what teams he wants in A and there are plenty of teams that want in. I think the Banditos should move up since they won B+ last year and deserve a chance, but could they compete, I don`t know, I haven`t seen them play.
