It doesn`t look too good:
-
Showers this morning then scattered thunderstorms developing during the afternoon hours. Storms could contain tornadoes. High 83F. Winds SSE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 60%
-
We`ll have the rain line 703-257-2400 updated by 6:30 PM at the latest - but could be earlier.

We never anticipate a rainout. We want to have games tonight. We are hoping that the rain holds off. The county updates us by 3pm daily and as long as they have the fields OPEN we will have games. Now there is a window where the rain may start while we are waiting for 8pm kickoff. So, my best suggestion to all coaches is to check the website first, then the rain line and if there hasn`t been any updates then games are on. Also, you will have to keep in mind that if rain begins while you are on your way to the field that CANNOT be helped. At that point it will be up to the officials to postpone a game due to rain.
