To say the Lions are washed up is not accurate- I have just heard that there two top guns are injured. Which gives a definite advantage to Kerns. Kerns is a strong team and should have no problem with the Lions tonight. I predict Kerns walks through both games tonight!!!

I guess the consensus is Kerns will put up 21 on the Lions tonight. Interesting prediction. I`ve played against that defense and they are the best in the league, hands down. I think if you check thier history, only 1 or 2 teams have ever posted 21 on them. From all the talk it looks as if they may have some injuries (who knows) but I still don`t believe they give up 21 in a league where the halfs are over before you can blink. I bet this one will be a close low scoring game.

i would have to agree with that last statement. they are one of the best Defensive teams in the league. I dont see them giving up 21. but who knows. they may have some key people hurt. from the sound of things it looks as if they are short handed. but i still dont see them giving up 21 points. If so... look out, Kerns could be on a roll. I do believe that the game will be won or lost with the play of the Lions Defense. If they get any turnovers, and their sorry offense can score 1 touchdown, they might be able to pull this one out. But i would have to agree with the statement that they have the best defense, hands down. (when healthy)

They play within a structured system. Best defense. I`d say so. Without the two missing players, I think it only hurts them on offense.

Kerns has the best defense in the league without a doubt. I believe KERNS will be 2-0 after tonigt`s games. we will score21 or more on the lions...

To Kerns-
I know you guys are one of the top teams out there, but you DO NOT HAVE THE BEST DEFENSE. That is a rep gained by putting up results over time....something the Lions have done! I don`t like the Lions any more than the next guy but I have to give them credit. Thier defense is outstanding. Check out the numbers fellas, they don`t lie:
Lions
Bark Bowl 05 - 3 shutouts (4 gms) 4.2 ppg allowed
Fall 04 - 6 shutouts (11 gms) 5.2 ppg allowed
Fall 03 - 4 shutouts (10 gms) 7.4 ppg allowed
Kerns
Bark Bowl 05 - 1 shutout (5 gms) 10.2 ppg allowed
Fall 04 - 1 shutout (10 gms) 11.5 ppg allowed
NOT EVEN CLOSE FELLAS!!!
You guys are real good, but to say you have the best defense around is just silly. Numbers don`t lie.

The Best D in the league doesn`t give up a 65 yd td on the first play on offense for Lazy. It was a close game, if the QB hit 7 for Kerns the game might have been different. The opportunities were definitely there.

the canes beat the kerns again and no love from anyone.. kerns were loaded last night and they lost again. lazy will never be given the respect they deserve . what do u have to do to get some respect in this league? its cool if you guys dont pick us to win another game cause thats just the way we like it.. i think the kerns are one of the best teams in the league if not the best, so what do that make the canes? oh yeah i forgot lazy sundaes are just a bunch of fill ins and oh we are over rated ..lol..keep on thinkin that ..

There were opportunities for that game to go either way. Jerns is a good team with a serious wr corp. Helluvaway to recruit. I wanted 85 on our squad. Godd luck the rest of the season fellas.
