Tom I thought for a team to join the league they have to start off at C League then by the amount of wins and how well they play, the team will get moved up, but I wanted to know how did a team like 7pt Spread that is new didn`t get place with us on C League first? Because next Fall season I`m thinking of starting my own team but wanted to know first how you place teams in A, B+, B, C league in FCFFL.

Tom does it by a case by case basis. 7pt spread has some players that have been playing in A and also they have been in other leagues. If you have played with consistent teams or he knows about you somehow then you`ll be able to move up. It was easier for 7pt spread since its an open league so im sure by the fall they`ll be in A. Just tell him where you think you belong and he`ll see if your legit or not.

I don`t think there`s an actual rule in place that says you have to start in C. I think a lot of teams are advised to start in C if they are new. I know we started in A or "open" when we first came into the league. We got stomped the first couple of years before we got organized, but I think it helped to play against better competition.

Correct.
There is no limit to how high up the ladder a new team can start, though I always encourage new teams not to overreach.
I`m more concerned with teams wiggling in the opposite direction.
