March 2nd I am going to try and get the schedules up and the coach emails out.
Why the wait? with all the snow and postponed sports (schools & leagues) field allocations are a mess. We have to swap some out, but need to wait until March 1 to do so.
We will start the week of 3/15 as planned.

tom why re these teams even in the same league with the A teams. Its a guarantee win for all us A league teams an a waste of time an talent, more like a slap in our faces from our commissioner. so it might be better for you to make a B league for these guys. just an idea

why don`t you stop crying and let Tom do his thing. Trusts me its good to have an open and see how your teams play. Most the teams that have been in this league have been in your situation but you should relish the chance to see how your team stacks up, regardless you`ll be put in a playoff on how your team succeeds. So stop complaining and play ball. The fall has A/Bt/B/C anyways.

Tom has been doing this a long time. I don`t hink he will schedule a new team against an upper veteran team. He is aware of situations and does not create animosity towards the league for scheduling mismatches.Too many players switch teams , so I would guess he is trying to find a medium.

.. be in the top 16 out of 22, then you don`t deserve to be in any other league but the C league, going forward. I think open is good for the spring that way Tom get`s it right in the fall, when he was to split up into 4 divisions.

Its easier this way - otherwise there would be even more teams complaining about who should be in B and who should be in A. If it was an even split with no gray area that`s one thing.
Its also a good thing development-wise for the upper C/lower B teams to compete in Open for the regular season, then at their own level for the postseason.
Because of the range from top to bottom in Open this year, we might do an 8 game regular season with A/B+/B playoffs though (everyone makes postseason in Open).
C will be the top 8 only (9 game regular season).
