If I`m understanding correctly.....the format for division changing goes like so: The bottom 2 teams in the A division drop to B with the top two B teams moving up to A and the bottom two from B dropping to C with the top two from C moving to B. Then the bottom two from C go to Australia. Is this right? My question being this....what is the tiebreaker? Does it come down to point differential or head-2-head matchups?
