i don`t know about knee injuries, but the cut/burn you get if you slide on it is killer. oh and those little rubber pieces hurt too if you have soft feet.

are you serious?

what is wrong with you all? the turf fields are great. Of course there is an occasional injury, but not many-probably less than grass. you can get a pretty good strawberry if you dive a lot, but it`s better than cutting your leg open on a grass field. Overall, the turf fields are far better than grass in many many ways. i don`t see why so many people are being babies about it.

The new turf fields are great. I still wish there was one field with real grass because it makes a difference. I think everyone plays a little slower on real grass compared to the new turf.

Yeah Cube Boy you would wish for a slow grass field so your slow ass can keep up with everyone.

i wouldn`t call it turf as much as i would synthetic grass with rubber pellets; turf fields are like carpet on cement.

It`s field turf, like most of the teams in the NFL use today.
