Best coverage is Man, but you have to have talent across the board. Not recommended for all teams.

the best D in Flag in rush 3 sometimes 4 and play man. Its all bout pressure in flag. If you have no time my gma can play corner

I can agree with that but only if you have the athletes to pull it off. If you have weak cover guys or slow rushers you`re gonna get burnt every time.

Depends on the offense and how mobile the QB is. Rush 3 against a spread offense and see where that gets you.
