has any other team been heavily penalized for swearing? I think we had 45 yards of penalties for swearing on tuesday night... effing ridiculous

The refs warned us before the game they were calling profanity if they heard it...I`m sure they warned your captain/coach before as well.

The refs in this league act like they`re calling HS games, like they have to prove a point to us. So retarded. Worrying about getting the actually penalties and spots right first, jackasses.

Yeah it sucks, but our refs warned us before the game about swearing. I don`t know why it`s such a big deal unless you`re cursing AT them...

ok, at least your refs were awake during the game, our last B league game was freaking terrible, nothing called unless both teams would yell from the sidelines and then sleepy would throw a flag. The rams and broncos game had nothing on ours....ps we are in northern va not jersey, so this is a kinder gentler league *****es.

It all has to do with the community and youth programs we share space with. It just takes one complaint and we loose a field permit(s), Tom has work hard to get us great fields and we need to make sure we keep them. It`s not the ref’s issue. They are just enforcing our league policy to insure we have a league each season. If you haven`t notice youth sports come before adult. Lets keep it clean.

the refs in this league are sorry. they are lazy, they do not have any mechanics and know little to nothing about football

mike carey, u stole my thunder bro.....u r absolutely correct. I dont expect to see the refs I had playing 15years of organized football, but i also expect more than some daylaborer. The head ref we have had lately is good (real skinny black guy), but he cant get any help, we all are suffering.
