2) if two teams tied at a certain percentage then head to head.
3) if three+ teams are tied at a certain percentage, then head to head. If still tied (i.e. A beat B, B beat C, C beat A) then the point differential of those games only. If still tied, then overall point diff. If still tied then overall points against. If still tied, then overall points for.
If only two teams who have not played each other are tied at a certain percentage, then its overall point diff, overall points against, overall points for.
